19–22 Whitewater Jet Boating Stikine RiverSong offers visitors to the Stikine River area a variety of ways to enjoy the River.Visitors can travel in one of our comfortable covered aluminium river boats for an afternoon, a single overnight or a several day trip to the Lower River and beyond to Wrangell or Petersburg, Alaska.
Minimum River Crossing $30 Eight Mile Waterfall $65 seat, 4 people min * Travel up the Stikine River, through fast churning water into the lower end of the Grand Canyon ending at the waterfall . Canyon Tour $125 seat, 4 people min * This tour will get your adrenaline flowing! The Canyone tour will take you beyond the confluence of the Stikine and Tahltan Rivers (water levels permitting), into exciting white water and a close view at the history told by the canyon walls. . 1 1/2 hour minimum tour Our minimum tour will take you from Telegraph Creek to the Glenora/ Hudson Bay Flats area, back to Telegraph Creek and water levels permitting two miles above Telegraph Creek to the entrance of the Grand Canyon of the Stikine . 1/2 Day Tour (4 hours) The 1/2 day tour takes us 35 miles down river to the confluence of the Chutine River and Jackson's Landing. This area is the furthest down river area of historical year round residency. From Jackson's to the coast the only year round residents were four legged or winged. Please add $14.95/person for a home made style bag lunch for a picnic along the river. A picnic lunch can be included. Full Day Tour (6 hours) The full day tour will take you 65 miles down river through the Little Canyon into the heart of the Coast Mountains. This is the land of Glaciers, braided river channels and infrequently traveled wilderness. Below Jackson's Landing the only year round residents are four legged or winged. We'll start the day floating past the seasonal cabins and fish camps between Telegraph Creek and Six Mile. Then motoring on down Past Glenora, the Chutine and Jackson's Landing, through the Little Canyon We'll find a spot for lunch when our stomachs tell us it's time, or maybe just float with the current as we enjoy a picnic on the boat. After we reach the bowl of Glaciers it'll be time to turn around and head back upriver to Telegraph Creek. Picnic lunches and dinner after your day trip can be arranged.
